Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns are accepted in the following situations, among others:
- Damaged item
- Wrong item received
- Wrong size received
- Error originating from Maison 2 Sneakers
To be accepted, the item must be new, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Return Costs
When the problem originates from Maison 2 Sneakers, return shipping costs are covered by Maison 2 Sneakers.
No restocking or return fees will be charged.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer size exchanges.
Sale Items
Sale or promotional items are not eligible for return.
Refunds
If the product received is incorrect or has a problem originating from our side, we can offer a refund.
The refund is processed quickly after receipt and verification of the return.
The refund can be issued to the original payment method or in another form agreed upon with the customer.
Initial delivery charges are not deducted from the refund.
Lost or Damaged Parcel
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us.
We can offer you, according to your preference, a new shipment or a refund.
