These terms and conditions apply to orders placed on Maison 2 Sneakers.
Products
We sell new sneakers and football boots, including Nike, adidas, ASICS, New Balance and Puma products.
Payment
Payment is made immediately when ordering.
Payment is currently available via PayPal.
Cancellation
An order can be cancelled before it is shipped.
Delivery
We deliver worldwide.
Delivery charges are:
- France: €4.49
- European Union: €6.49
- Other countries: €8.49
Estimated delivery times are 9 to 12 days for the European Union and 14 to 16 days for other countries.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days if the problem comes from Maison 2 Sneakers, especially in the event of a damaged item, wrong item, or wrong size received.
Returned products must be new, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Exchanges
We do not offer size exchanges.
Refunds
In case of a problem with the order, the customer can receive a refund.
No restocking or return fees are charged when the return is due to an error by Maison 2 Sneakers.
